Who we are
Promise IT Management Limited was formed in 2007 as a result of a need in small and medium enterprises for personal yet professional services. With accumulated knowledge and experience in customer support and network design, we have been able to provide solutions to a number of companies.
As a small company, you will not get treated as just another source of income. We believe that our future is in your hands, and as such, we will treat you in the way you expect to be treated.
We have a strong ethic of honesty and integrity in all our business dealings. This ranges from fair pricing for services rendered, through to fully explaining how a bill is made up and what has gone into the services provided. We avoid hiding behind jargon, and try to explain concepts in terms everybody can understand.
We also fully support the move to make IT FairTrade as can be seen on this web site. Where possible we will question suppliers to ensure the products we use have been sourced in a humane and fair way.

Our computer system has never functioned so well since we took out a maintenance contract with Promise IT.
Promise IT are swift and efficient, coming to our rescue by email, phone or in person at any time. No problem is too big or too small. As we have very little knowledge about IT we can call about any computer issue and they will guide us through or pop in to sort us out.
Our IT system is vital to the smooth running of our business, all staff have to be able to access and update files minute by minute so that assessments can continue smoothly, Promise IT make this a reality for us.
They have assessed our business needs recently and replaced our server. The switch over was well planned so staff knew what was coming and when and in its activation, seamless. By the time office staff returned to work on Monday morning we were fully operational and Promise IT was on hand for any potential problems.

The replacement of our server, whilst stressful, was carried out very swiftly and with lots of support – even after hours! I have also appreciated the pro-active approach that you have taken with the other machines that we have in the office – it’s given me confidence that we are less likely to encounter problems in the future. On a personal note, I’m glad to say that my personal email address is working fine now too – thank you for sorting this for me too. It’s great to know that you are always on the end of an email or mobile – I hope I haven’t taken advantage of that too much when I’m working late and had an IT issue!
